Bring your completed form with birth certificate, recent passport photos (×4), previous school report cards, and proof of payment of form fee.
Qualified applicants will be invited to sit an entrance examination in English, Mathematics, and General Knowledge. Assessment dates will be communicated.
Successful candidates receive an admission letter and are required to complete school fees payment and uniform procurement before resumption.

Once again, Excel Model Secondary School students have demonstrated academic excellence in the latest JAMB examinations, with over 90% of candidates scoring distinctions.
This year's inter-house sports competition is scheduled for March 15–18. All students are encouraged to participate actively and support their houses.
